• 4-nozzle filling machine, filling volume 0-250ml, hopper type: 50L removable heating mixing filling tank, piston structure with servo motor driving, and filling volume and speed are adjustable, filling accuracy is +-0.5% ml, changeover time is 15-20 minutes, heating system is through heating oil in the tank, then to heat the product.
• 400L heating mixing tank with 1.5KW rotor pump for automatic feeding connection to filling tank, with 2 ports on the lid for CIP cleaning. For the US, the voltage is 220V, 3-phase.
• 10P Cooling tunnel has an automatic defrost function to prevent water from dropping on the product surface
  Min Temp can reach -20℃ , Inhuate Compresser with R404A, R22, R134A,R507 Refrigerant , from room temp to -15℃, just 10-15mins
  11 line loops conveyor designing, a total of 44m inside
• Capacity is 40-50pcs/min according to filling volume
• With the preheating function, preheating time and temperature can be set as needed
